Exchange, Return and Refund Policy – RajOdi

Making a purchase on RajOdi indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

At RajOdi, we are committed to making your shopping experience smooth, transparent, and enjoyable. We request you to carefully read the following policy before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer seamless exchanges and returns in case you do not like the product.

  • A return or exchange request must be made within 5 DAYS of DELIVERY of the order.

  • Requests must be raised via Call or WhatsApp at +91 9148967484.

  • Once the returned goods are received and verified at the RajOdi warehouse, the customer will be issued a replacement / refund / store credit, as per preference.

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to the original source of payment.

  • Kindly note that only the product amount is eligible for refund. Any additional charges such as shipping charges, gift wrap charges, customs duty, or other fees are non-refundable.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

The products are photographed under professional lighting conditions. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur when viewed under natural or indoor lighting. However, we strive to maintain the highest level of originality and accuracy in our product images.

Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are generally delivered within 6–8 business days from the date of order placement.

  • Dispatch timelines may increase in cases where:

    • The product is customized

    • The product is made-to-order

  • In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us at rajodicreations@gmail.com or via WhatsApp.

We appreciate early communication so that we can avoid dispatching the order and unnecessary courier costs.

  • If the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund (for prepaid orders) will be credited to the original payment method.

  • If the order is cancelled after dispatch, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges (both forward and RTO, if applicable).

  • The refund will be initiated once the product is received back at our warehouse.

The customer agrees to accept RajOdi’s decision regarding order cancellations and shall not dispute the same.

In case you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform RajOdi within 3 DAYS of receiving the order.

Taxes & Duties

  • For deliveries within India, all applicable taxes are included in the product price.

  • For international deliveries, any customs duties, local taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer to the shipping partner at the time of delivery. These charges depend on the regulations of the destination country.
