Return, Exchange & Refund Policy – RajOdi

By making a purchase on RajOdi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

At RajOdi, we strive to ensure a smooth, transparent, and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. We kindly request you to review our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

RajOdi does not offer direct returns or refunds for products once delivered.

However, we do provide exchange or refund only in the following cases:

  • If the product received is damaged, or

  • If the product received is incorrect

To be eligible for an exchange or refund:

  • The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery

  • The customer must provide a complete unboxing video, starting from the sealed package to the final product, clearly showing the issue

  • Requests without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted

All requests must be submitted via:

Once the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse, we will process:

  • Replacement, or

  • Refund, or

  • Store Credit (as mutually agreed)

For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.

Note:
Only the product value is refundable. Any additional charges such as shipping fees, gift wrap charges, customs duties, or other service fees are non-refundable.

Partial COD Orders

For orders placed using the Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) payment option, if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery, the following charges will be deducted from the total refundable amount (where applicable):

  • The forward and return shipping charges incurred by RajOdi.
  • The non-refundable Partial COD booking/handling charges.

The remaining eligible balance, if any, will be refunded after the returned shipment is received and verified at our warehouse.

Please note that refusing delivery without a valid reason (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect product) may result in these deductions.

Product Appearance Disclaimer

All products are photographed under professional lighting conditions. Slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to different lighting or screen settings. However, we make every effort to ensure accurate representation of our products.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 6–8 business days from the date of order placement.

Delivery timelines may vary in cases where:

  • The product is customized, or

  • The product is made-to-order

Customers will be informed in advance in such situations.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order

Refund Conditions:

  • If cancelled before dispatch: Full refund (for prepaid orders)

Refunds will be initiated only after the product is received back at our warehouse.

Taxes & Duties

  • For deliveries within India, all applicable taxes are included in the product price

  • For international orders, any customs duties or local taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of delivery, as per the destination country's regulations
